REIHMAN, City Clerk I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1998-244 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, REGARDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO U.S. HIGHWAY 6 REGARDLESS OF THEIR ZONING CLASSIFICATION and known as No. 2001-243 was duly passed by the council on the 14th day of March 2001, and signed by the mayor on the 14th day of March 2001, and published on the 14th day of March 2001, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
