Ryan Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson and seconded by Councilperson Walls that the laws and rules providing that ordinances be considered and voted on for passage at two council meetings prior to the meeting at which it is to be finally passed be suspended and dispensed with and that Ordinance No? 0 01 - 2 41 be placed on its last reading. Ayes: Walls, Dils, Ryan and Bartels Nayes: None. Absent: Gericke Four members of the council being present and having voted" Aye", Mayor Glenn Potter declared Motion to be carried, and Ordinance No. 2 0 01 - 2 41 was then placed upon its last reading and was read the last time. Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Bartels and seconded by Councilperson Dils that Ordinance Not 0 01 - 2 41 be placed on its final passage and adopted. Four members ofthe council being present and having voted" Aye", Mayor Glenn Potter declared the Motion,carried, and Ordinance passed and adopted Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance Nod 0 01 - 2 41 ' be adopted and signified his approval ofthe same by fixing his signature thereto.
