I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, State of Iowa, state that Ordinance No. 2000-240AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE 1998-218, TO DEFINE THE DEVELOPER'S RESPONSIBILITY OF COSTS IN THE INSTALLATION OF WATER AND SEWER MAIN AND TO DEFINE WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE PARK AND OPEN SPACE IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, as duly passed by the Council on the 13th day of December, 2000 and signed by the Mayor on the 13th day of December, 2000 and published on the 19th day of December, 2000 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
