On the of October 11 thday Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilpersoi$ artels 2000, at- a regular meeting of the Tiffin City introduced Ordinance No. 20 00- 2 and moved that it be given its second reading. Five members of the council being present and havin voted " Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2 U 00-0- 237 37, was then placed on its last reading and was read the last time. Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Ryan and seconded by Councilperson Bartels that Ordinance No. 20002337 be placed upon its final passage and adopted. Ayes: Bartels, Ryan, Walls, Dils and Gericke. Nays: None. Absent: None. Five members of the council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and the ordinance was passed and adopted. Whereupon the mayor declared that Ordinance No. 200 0- 2 37 be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto.
