REIHMAN, City Clerk I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, REGARDING PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF HIGHWAY 6 TIFFIN, IOWA, FROM C-1 TO C-2 and known as No. 1999-232 was duly passed by the council on the 8th day of December 1999, and signed by the mayor on the 8th day of December 1999, and published on the 8th day of December 1999, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
