Reihman, City Clerk I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE A RENTAL CODE FOR PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and known as Ordinance No. 1999-227 was duly passed by the council on the 13th day of January, 1999 and signed by the mayor on the 13th day of January, 1999 and published on the 15th day of February, 1999 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
