Ayes: Walls, Gericke, and Ryan Nayes: None. Absent: Bartels, and Kern. Three members of the council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 1998-220, was then placed on its last reading and was read the last time. Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Walls and seconded by Councilperson Ryan that Ordinance No. 1998-2 be placed upon its final passage and adopted. Ayes: Walls, Gericke, and Ryan Nayes: None.
