Any lot adjacent to a railroad right-of-way, in any way, shall be required to have a fifty (50) foot setback in addition to the minimum yard requirement stated herein. 7. R-4 MOBILE HOME PARK RESIDENTIAL INTENT The R-4 Mobile Home Park Residential District is intended to accommodate mobile home parks in those areas of the community where such a use will be compatible with existing and projected development. This district will generally be located in outlying areas of the City and should be well served by adequate sewers, water service, streets, police and fire protection, and similar public facilities and services. Site and development plans and new construction shall comply with applicable City of Tiffin Design Standards for mobile home parks.
