Whereupon the mayor declared that Ordinance No. 1998-218 be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto. REIHMAN, City Clerk I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE REPEALING, ORDINANCE NO. 1996-206, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ADOPTING THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, FOR REGULATING THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND PRESCRIBING STANDARDS FOR SUBDIVISIONS AND FOR THE IMPROVEMENT THEREOF, PRESCRIBING PROCEDURES FOR THE REVIEW OF PROPOSED SUBDIVISION PLATS AND ESTABLISHING FEES THEREFOR, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF SUCH ORDINANCE. THIS ORDINANCE IS IN CONFORMANCE WITH CHAPTER 354 OF THE CODE OF IOWA, and known as No. 1998-218 was duly passed by the council on the 13th day of May 1998, and signed by the mayor on the 13th day of May 1998, and published on the 13th day of May 1998, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
