Ayes: Carrie Stratton, Pam Brown, Jim Bartels, and Alan Kern Nays: None. Absent: Sandra Morgan Four the Council members of being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Glen Potter declared the motion carried, and the Ordinance passed and adopted. Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No.1gq5--2noe adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
