Ayes: Bartels, Stratton, Brown, and Morgan Nays: None. Absent: Kern Four members of the Council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Glen Potter declared the motion carried, and the Ordinance passed and adopted. Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 200 be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. Passed by the Council on the 11th day of October, 1995, and approved by the Mayor on the 11th day of October, 1995. MAYOR, Glen Potter ATTEST: CITY CLERK, Margaret Reihman The foregoing ordinance entitled "NON-CONFORMING USE AMENDMENT ORDINANCE" was published on the 14th day of October, 1995, by posting copies of it in four public places within the City limits: the U.S. Post Office, the Fire Station/City Hall, Morgan's Standard, and Flansburg's Hardware Store, all according to the requirements of Iowa Code § 362.3(2) (1991) and Tiffin Ord.
