Ordinances-1995-199

Ayes: Brown, Morgan, Stratton, Bartels Nays: None. Absent: Kern Four members of the council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Glen Potter thereupon declared the motion to be carried, and Ordinance No. 199 was then placed upon its last reading and was read the last time. Thereupon, it was move by Councilperson Brown 1995 and seconded by Councilperson Stratton that Ordinance No. 1995-199 be placed upon its final passage and adopted. Ayes: Bartels, Stratton, Morgan, and Brown Nays: None. Absent: Kern Four members of the Council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Glen Potter declared the motion carried, and the Ordinance passed and adopted. Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 199 be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
