Ordinance # 1995- 195 pg . 2 members will expire in any one year. Any vacancy. occurring on the commission, caused by resignation or otherwise, shall be filled by the council for the unexpired term. All members of such commission shall serve with compensation as provided by approval of the city council, and including their actual expenses which shall all be subject to the approval of the council. To to meet as often as the commission itself determines is necessary as allowed under Iowa Code Section 414 . 6 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. Severability. If any section, provision, or' part of this ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or Unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional . Section 5. Effective Date . This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval, and posting as provided by law.
