Section 6. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective after its final passage, approval and posting as provided by law. Passed and approved by the Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, on October 13, 1993. [Signature] Mayor Pro Tem Attest: [Signature] STATE OF IOWA COUNTY OF JOHNSON CITY OF TIFFIN I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City aforementioned, do hereby certify that a correct and complete copy of "Ordinance No. 1993-180. An Ordinance providing for the division of taxes levied on taxable property in the Tiffin Urban Renewal Area, pursuant to Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa", was officially posted on the 26th day of October, 1993, in three public places within said City, as follows: Tiffin Post Office Flansbury Hardware Morgan's Service I do further certify that pursuant to Ordinance No. 1993-180, adopted on the 13th day of October, 1993, the three public places named above were permanently designated as the public places at which ordinances would be posted.
