SECTION VI. Severability. If an section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision of part thereof adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. SECTION VII. When Effective. This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law. Councilman Brown introduced the foregoing ordinance which was then duly read and considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by councilman Brown and seconded by Councilman Stratton. On roll call vote Councilman Bartels, Brown, Morgan, Stoner and Stratton voted "Aye". Councilman ____________ voted "Nay". Councilman Morgan then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. Seconded by Councilman Brown.
