Ordinance No. 1991-171 Councilman Brown then moved for final adoption of this ordinance, seconded by Councilman Slaymaker. On roll call vote Councilman Stoner, Slaymaker, Morgan, Brown, Bartels __________________________ voted "Aye." Councilman __________________________ voted "Nay."
