Ordinance No. 1990-170 The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 73 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, SAID ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES FOR SERVICE, CHARGES FOR THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AN PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE WITHIN THE CITY OF TIFFIN BY CONTRACT WITH ONE OR MORE PRIVATE COLLECTORS was published on the 17th day of October, 1990 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits, two of which are the mayor's office and the post office.
