Roll Call The City of Tiffin’s Planning & Zoning Commission held a regular scheduled session on April 8th, 2026, at the City Hall Conference Room. Board Chair Gina Landau called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Nick Ford, Gina Landau, Travis Whitmore, Luther Parker. Others present Building Official Brian Shay and Deputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Parker. Second by Ford. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Approval of March Meeting Minutes Motion to approve March Meeting Minutes by Whitmore. Second by Ford. All ayes, motion carried. D. Discussion and consideration of Rezoning of Tiffin Heights West lots 56, 57 and 58 From C-2B to P-1 (Public Use) Discussion: Developer Jason Dumont and Jon Marner with MMS Consultants presented to the commission to rezone the three commercial lots that front Highway 6, but won’t have Highway 6 access, to P-1 – Public Use to better coincide with the completed traffic study for the westbound, righthand turning lane into Tiffin Heights West. The rezoning should satisfy the requirements of the IDOT for the turning lane. Motion to by Whitmore. Second by Ford. All ayes, motion carried. E. OPD Update Discussion: Wedding venue will have to go back through the OPD process since the 3rd reading was not completed in time due to not having the developer’s agreement. F.
