I I 4 a F p 1. v r i e f 4. 4 r4 1 IT' SECTION} V DELEGATION OF DUTIES i The Flood Plain D eVelopment . - Adrrministrator ( the Mayor) may delegate his inspection duties set forth in Ordinance No. 1990- 167 to the City of Tiffin Building Inspector or the City' s Engineer. a SECTION VI - REPEALER All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION VII- - SEVERABILITY If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional , such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or ' unconstitutional . SECTION VIII - EFFECTIVE DATE- This. Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval , and posting as provided by law. 11th , July 1990 at a regular On the day of the Tiffin Council , Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson meeting of City Brown introduced Ordinance No. 168 , and moved that it be , given its first reading. The motion was Slaymaker seconded by Councilperson Ayes : Bartels , Brown , Morgan, Slaymaker, Stoner none Nayes : Five members of the council being present and having voted Aye" , Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared Motion carried, and Ordinance No. 168 was read the first time and discussed and placed on record. Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Morgan and seconded by Councilperson Brown that the laws and rules providing, that ordinances be considered and voted on for passage, at two council meetings prior to the meeting at which it is to be finally passed ( 168 suspended e) and dispensed with and that Ordinance No. be placed on its last reading. Ayes : Bartels , Brown , Morgan , Slaymaker, Stoner Nayes : none Five members Of- the council being present and having voted Aye" , Mayor Potter -thereupon declared the motion to be carried, and Ordinance Noi 168 was then placed upon its last reading and was read the last time.
