Kern, Clerk-Treasurer The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF ORDINANCE NO. 134 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, SAID ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE AMOUNT OF PAYMENT TO ELECTED OFFICIALS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES was published on the 19th day of February, 1990 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits, two of which are the mayor's office and the post office.
