Ordinance No. 1990-165 Tiffin Planning and Zoning Tiffin Board of Adjustment Tiffin Parks and Recreation Johnson County Council of Governments Johnson County Civil Defense Johnson County Board of Supervisors Southeast Iowa Municipal League SECTION V. Repealer. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION VI. Severability. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. SECTION VII. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect January 1, 1992. Councilman Brown introduced the foregoing ordinance which was then duly read and considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Brown and seconded by Councilman Stoner. On roll call vote Councilman Bartels, Brown, Morgan, Stoner, Slaymaker __________________________ voted "Aye". Councilman __________________________ voted "Nay". Mayor declared motion carried. Councilman Brown then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. Seconded by Councilman Bartels. On roll call vote Councilman Bartels, Brown, Morgan, Stoner, Slaymaker __________________________ voted "Aye." Councilman __________________________ voted "Nay". Councilman Bartels then moved for final adoption of this ordinance, seconded by Councilman Slaymaker. On roll call vote Councilman Bartels, Brown, Morgan, Stoner, Slaymaker __________________________ voted "Aye." Councilman __________________________ voted "Nay." The Mayor then declared Ordinance No. 1990-165 duly passed and adopted on this 14th day of February, 1990.
