Ordinance No. 1989-161 Councilman Eggers then moved for final adoption of this ordinance, seconded by Councilman Morgan. On roll call vote: Councilman Bartels, Eggers, Morgan, Stoner, Stratton __________________________ voted "Aye." Councilman __________________________ voted "Nay."
