SECTION VII. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and posting as provided by law. Councilman Spivey introduced the foregoing ordinance which was then duly read and considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Stoner and seconded by Councilman Spivey. On roll call vote Councilman ____________________________ voted "Aye". ____________________________ voted "Nay". Mayor declared motion carried. Councilman Eggers then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. Seconded by Councilman Spivey. On roll call vote Councilman ____________________________ voted "Aye." ____________________________ voted "Nay". Councilman Stratton then moved for final adoption of this ordinance, seconded by Councilman Morgan. On roll call vote Councilman ____________________________ voted "Aye." ____________________________ voted "Nay." Kern, Clerk-Treasurer The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1979-83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY CHANGING THE USE REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO M-1 (INDUSTRIAL) was published on the 19th day of June, 1989 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits, two of which are the mayor's office and the post office.
