The foregoing ordinance entitled 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1979-83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY CHANGING THE USE REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM FROM R-1 (SINGELFAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO C-1 (COMMERCIAL)' was published on the 15th day of February, 1989 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits, two of which are the mayor's office and the post office.
