Purpose. A. The purpose of this chapter is provide regulatory provisions of cable television1. systems in the city of Tiffin. B. The ordinance codified in this chapter' shall be known and may be cited as the " Tiffin Cable Television Regulatory Ordinance. " SECTION 2. Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms, phrases, words and derivations shall ahve the meaning given in this section.
