ATTEST: Adelia S. Kern Adelia S. Kern, City Treasurer and Clerk Councilman Stratton introduced the foregoing Ordinance which was then duly read and considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Stratton and seconded by Councilman Runge. On roll call vote Councilman Stoner, Runge, Stratton, Morgan, Eggers voted "Aye". "Nays". Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried. Councilman Stratton then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. On roll call (Second by Eggers) Councilmen Stoner, Runge, Stratton, Morgan, Eggers voted "Aye". "Nayes".
