SECTION V. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and posting as provided by law. Councilman _Runge______ introduced the foregoing ordinance which was then duly read and considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Stoner_______ and seconded by Councilman ____Morgan___. On roll call vote Councilman _Morgan_,_Runge_, ___Stoner_,Stratton__________________________________________ ______________ voted "Aye". ______________________ voted "Nay". Mayor declared motion carried. Flansburg, absent. Councilman __Stoner__ then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. Seconded by Councilman ___Runge___. On roll call vote Councilman ___Morgan_,Stratton, ___Runge_,Stoner________________ voted "Aye." Councilman ________________ voted "Nay". Flansburg, absent. Councilman _Stratton__ then moved for final adoption of this ordinance, seconded by Councilman ____Morgan______. On roll call vote Councilman _Morgan_,_Runge_,_Stoner_,Stratton__________________________ ____________________________ voted "Aye." Flansburg, absent. Kern, Clerk-Treasurer The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANIMAL CONTROLL ORDINANCE NO. 1979-80 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, BY AMENDING THE IMPOUNDING AND BOARDING FEES OF PET ANIMALS was published on the 18th day of May, 1987 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits, two of which are, the mayor's office and the post office.
