Ordinance No. 1985-128 Passed by the City Council on the 10th day of April, 1985 and approved on this 10th day of April, 1985. Glenn R. Potter, Mayor Adelia S. Kern, Clerk-Treasurer Councilman Morgan introduced the foregoing ordinance which was then duly read and considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Morgan and seconded by Councilman Runge. On roll call vote Councilman Cox, Morgan, Runge, Spivey, Stevens voted "Aye". __________________________ voted "Nay". Mayor declared motion carried. Councilman Stevens then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. Seconded by Councilman Spivey. On roll call vote Councilman Cox, Morgan, Runge, Spivey, Stevens voted "Aye." Councilman __________________________ voted "Nay". Councilman Spivey then moved for final adoption of this ordinance, seconded by Councilman Stevens. On roll call vote Councilman Cox, Morgan, Runge, Spivey, Stevens voted "Aye." Kern, Clerk-Treasurer The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY REPEALING SECTION 15 OF THE ORDINANCE AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF SECTION 15 AS OUTLINED BELOW PROVIDING FOR A NEW M-1 INDUSTRIAL ZONE USE CLASSIFICATION WAS PUBLISHED ON THE 18th DAY OF April, 1985, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits, two of which are the mayor's office and the post office.
