Councilman Kobold then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this Ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. Seconded by Councilman Stevens. On roll call vote Councilman Cox, Kobold, Morgan, Spivey, Stevens vtoed "Aye". ______ "Nay". The Mayor then declared Ordinance No. 1985-127 duly passed and adopted on this 7th day of January, 1985.
