Its adoption was moved by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Morgan. On roll call vote Councilmen Cox, Morgan, Stevens, Kobold, Spivey voted "Aye". pro-tem "Nays". Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried. Councilman Stevens then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. On roll call Councilmen Cox, Morgan, Stevens, Kobold, Spivey voted "Aye". pro-tem "Nays". The Mayor then declared this Ordinance duly passed and adopted on this 10th day of October ________, 1984.
