ORDINANCE NO. 1983- 115 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 83, RELATING TO ZONING BY DECREASING THE REAR ' AT REQUIREMENTS FOR R- 1 ZONES AND BY CHANGING THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH BUILDING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED. SECTION 1. Section 17 Ordinance of No. 83 is hereby repealed and the following Section : 17 is enacted in lieu thereof: Section 17;. Lot Requirements.
