KERN I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an Ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1979-83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, BY CHANGING THE USE REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO A2 RESTRICTED AGRICULTURAL USES was duly passed by the Council on the 13 day of May , 1983, and signed by the Mayor on the 13 day of May , 1983; and published on the 16 day of May , 1983, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
