SECTION VII. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law. KERN MAYOR The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1979-83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY CHANGING THE USE REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM A-1 AGRICULTURAL TO R-1 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, was published on the 25th day of October, 1982 by posting copies thereof in three places within the limits, two of which are the mayor's office and the post office. Adelia S. Kern CLERK ADELIA S. KERN Councilman Stevens introduced the foregoing ordinance which was then read and duly considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Stevens, and seconded by Councilman Cox. On roll call Councilman Cox, Brown, Spivey, Stevens voted "Aye." Councilman Röhret voted "Nay." Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried. Councilman Cox then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. On roll call Councilman Cox, Brown, Spivey, Stevens, Röhret voted "Aye." Councilman ______ voted "Nay." The Mayor then declared this Ordinance duly passed and adopted on this 13th day of October, 1982. Posted in three places within the corporate limits of Tiffin, Iowa. Attest: Adelia S.
