CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, B CHANGING THE USE REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R- 1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO R- 2 DUPLEX BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: BE IT ENACTED t ° SECTION I. Purpose: The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the zoning' map of the zoning ordinance 1979- 83 of the Municipal Code of Tiffin, . Iowa, by changing the use . classif'icatiQn of the real estate, described. in, Section II, from R- 1 Single -Family Residential to R- 2 Duplex zone. SECTION II: Amendment. the lot hereinafter described. shall be zoned as follows: Single Residential to R- 2 Duplex, the following1lot: From R- 1 Family. SECTION IV. Certification: The City Clerk is hereby - authorized and directed to certify a copy of this ordinance to the County Recorder final passage, approval and publication„ of Johnson County, Iowa, upon as provided by law. parts of ordinances in SECTION V.
