The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLEANING OF SIDEWALKS AND REMOVAL OF SNOW, ICE AND OTHER ACCUMULATIONS AND ASSESSING THE EXPENSE THEREOF AGAINST THE ABUTTING PROPERTY was published on the 18th day of November, 1981 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits, two of which places are the mayor's office and the post office. Adelia S. Kern CLERK, ADELIA S. KERN Councilman Potter introduced the foregoing Ordinance which was then read and duly considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Potter, and seconded by Councilman Rohret. On roll call vote Councilman Madden, Potter, Spivey, Rohret, Williams voted "Aye." __________________________ "Nay." Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried. Councilman Potter then moved that the rule or law requiring these readings of this Ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. On roll call Councilman Madden, Potter, Spivey, Rohret, Williams voted "Aye." __________________________ voted "Nay." The mayor then declared this Ordinance duly passed and adopted on this 11th day of November, 1981. Posted in three places within the corporate limits of Tiffin, Iowa. Attest: Adelia S.
