The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1979083 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY CHANGING THE USE REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO R-2 DUPLEX, was published on the 13 day of August, 1981 by posting copies thereof in three places within the limits, two of which are the mayor's office and the post office. Adelia S. Kern CLERK Councilman Madden introduced the foregoing ordinance which was then read and duly considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Potter, and seconded by Councilman Spivey. On roll call Councilman Madden, Potter, Spivey, Robert, Williams voted "Aye." Councilman Minot voted "Nay." Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried. Councilman Potter then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this ordinance on three different dates be dispensed with. On roll call Councilman Madden, Potter, Spivey, Robert, Williams voted "Aye." Councilman Minot voted "Nay." The Mayor then declared this Ordinance duly passed and adopted on this 12 day of August, 1981. Posted in three places within the corporate limits of Tiffin, Iowa. Attest: Adelia S.
