The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 55, 62 AND 63 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, SAID ORDINANCE REGULATING CONNECTIONS WITH WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS AND PROVIDING RULES, REGULATION AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE OF MUNICIPAL WATERWORKS AND SEWER SYSTEMS was published on the 15th day of September, 1980 by posting copies thereof in three places within the limits, two of which places are the mayor's office and the post office. Adelia S. Kern CLARK Councilman Potter introduced the foregoing Ordinance which was then read and duly considered by the Council. Its adoption was moved by Councilman Potter, and seconded by Councilman Spivey. On roll call Councilman Potter, Spivey, Rohret, Williams voted "Aye." "Nays." pro-tem Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried. Councilman Potter then moved that the rule or law requiring three readings of this Ordinance on three different dates by dispensed with. On roll call Councilman Potter, Spivey, Rohret, Williams voted "Aye." "Nays." pro-tem The Mayor then declared this Ordinance duly passed and adopted on this 10th day of September, 1980.
