NOTICE TO ELECTION COMMISSIONER TO: Commissioner of Elections for the County of Johnson State of Iowa: You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, has called a Special Election to be held on the day of ____________, 19__, for the ratification or rejection of an Ordinance of the City granting General Telephone Company of the Midwest, its successors, and assigns, a franchise for a period of twenty-five years to construct, operate and maintain a telephone system therein as set forth in said Ordinance. A copy of the Ordinance to be voted upon is enclosed herewith for the purpose of the Notice of Election, as is also a form for said Notice lacking only the insertion of the Ordinance in full.
