I, Clerk- Treasurer of the° City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an Ordinance entitled " AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING FLUORIDATION OF THE PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, AND DIRECTING THE ( WATER DEPARTMENT) TO , ADD THE SUPPLEMENT FLUORIDE TO THE PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY OF SAID CITY. " , AND known as No. 75- 1978 was duly passed on the 10th day of May, 1978, and published on May 16, 1978, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the city limits of Tiffin, Iowa.
