and that said ordinance be now placed on its final adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Smith, whereupon the Mayor put the question on the motion and the roll being called, the following named Councilmen voted: Aye: Bream, Smith, Potter, Birtcher Nay: None. Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion duly carried and said ordinance was placed on its final adoption. * * * * Councilman Potter moved that said ordinance be adopted, seconded by Councilman Birtcher, and after due consideration thereof by the Council, the Mayor put the question on the motion for the passage and adoption of said ordinance and, the roll being called, the following voted: Aye: Bream, Smith, Potter, Birtcher Nay: None.
