STATE OF IOWA ) COUNTY OF JOHNSON ) SS I, Dolores Rogers, County Auditor of the County of Johnson, in the State of Iowa, do hereby certify that on the 16th day of January, 1975, the Town Clerk of the Town of Tiffin (also known as the City of Tiffin), in said County and State, filed in my office a certified copy of an ordinance of said Town, shown to have been finally adopted by the Council thereof on the 8th day of January, 1975, approved by the Mayor on the 8th day of January, 1975, and posted on the 15th day of January, 1975, and entitled "Ordinance No. 68." An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $31,000 Sewer Bonds and providing for the levy of taxes to pay the same", and that I have duly placed said copy of said ordinance on file in my records.
