Section 2. That the said bonds shall be in form substantially as follows: (Form of Bond) United States of America, State of Iowa County of Johnson TOWN OF TIFFIN SEWER REVENUE BOND No. _______ $1,000 The Town of Tiffin, in the County of Johnson, State of Iowa, for value received promises to pay to bearer in the manner hereinafter specified, the sum of One Thousand Dollars, in lawful money of the United States of America, on the First day of January, 19_____, with interest on said sum from the date hereof at the rate of Four and One-half Per Cent (4-1/2%) per annum, payable July 1, 1966, and semi-annually thereafter on the First day of July and January in each year, on presentation and surrender of the interest coupons hereto attached as they severally become due; both principal and interest payable at the office of the Town Treasurer in the Town of Tiffin, Iowa. This bond is issued by the Town of Tiffin, Iowa, pursuant to and in strict compliance with the provisions of Chapter 394 of the Code of Iowa, and all laws amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, and in conformity with an ordinance of the Town Council of said Town duly passed and approved on the 21 day of December, 1965, for the purpose of constructing a sewage works and facilities and a sewage treatment plant
