Allen made the motion to approve the investment of excess funds. Jerry Michel seconded it. By a roll call vote- Aye- Allen, Davis, Michel, Potter, and Spivey. Nay- None. It was decided that Bonnie Grindstaff will need a cigarette permit for his grocery store since there is no door connecting the tavern and store. Mr. Neuzil will write John Stahmer about his junk cars must be removed in 30 days or the Town will move them at his expense. Glenn Potter made the motion to pay Ken Herdliska $100 for damages done by workers on the water project. Ned Allen seconded the motion. By a roll call vote- Aye- Allen, Davis, Michel, Potter, and Spivey. Nay- None. Ned reported that the street signs are up. Glenn Potter made the motion to accept the following money.
