Minutes of Special Meeting of Tiffin Town Council, July 21, 1971, Tiffin, Iowa. Mayor Flansburg presiding. Councilmen present. Ned Allen, Kandy Kobold, Ted Spivey, Don Davis, Glenn Potter. Meeting called to order by Mayor Dale Flansburg. Purpose of meeting to discuss plot plan presented to council by Bob Sadler. Plot plan describing 4-plex. Glenn Potter made a motion to approve building plans for 4-plex. Ned Allen seconded. All in favor by roll call vote. Glenn Potter made a motion to pay Wayne Stratton $100.00 for services rendered for Recreation Department and also to pay Ted Colony $100.00 as agreed for removal of tree. Kandy Kobold seconded. All in favor by roll call vote. Ned Allen made a motion to adjourn. Don Davis seconded. All in favor. Meeting adjourned. Margaret Stockman Town Clerk
