Minutes of Special Meeting, July 19, 1972, Tiffin Town Council, Tiffin, Iowa. Bill Bream made a motion to have the clerk publish the budget estimate, as presented to the Council by the Clerk, and notice of the public hearing to be held at the Tiffin Water Plant on August 2, 1972 at 8:00 P.M. Kandy Kobold seconded. All in favor by roll call vote. Glenn Potter made a motion to pay the Clerk $50.00 for preparing the budget. Don Davis seconded. All in favor by roll call vote. Clerk to check with the Dunton Insurance Agency about coverage on a broken water hydrant. Bill Bream made a motion to adjourn. Glenn Potter seconded. All in favor by roll call vote.
