TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 A Special Meeting of the Tiffin City Council was held November 25, 1973, at 8:00 p.m., Tiffin, Iowa. Mayor Stratton presiding. Members present: Kandy Kobold, Bev Birtcher, Ted Spivey, Roger Janssen and Glenn Potter. Roger Janssen moved to approve the beer and liquor application submitted by Mary Ann Spurrier, new owner of the Corrall. The permit is effective December 1, 1973. Glenn Potter seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Kandy Kobold moved the meeting adjourn to December 5, 1973, 7:30 p.m. Bev Birtcher seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Marcia Lippert City Clerk
