Bids were opened on May 14, 2026, with four qualified contractors submitting bids for the project. This project includes the installation of a new traffic signal system at the intersection of Roberts Ferry Road and Village Drive, along with associated pedestrian accessibility improvements and roadway enhancements. Improvements include pedestrian curb ramps, sidewalk reconstruction, pavement patching, pavement markings, traffic signs, erosion control measures, and temporary traffic control. Bid Results: Contractor Bid Amount Neumiller Electric, Inc. $367,853.75 Van Maanen Electric, Inc. $419,599.25 Price Industrial Electric Inc. $423,724.00 KW Electric $429,992.50 MSA Professional Services reviewed the submitted bids and determined that Neumiller Electric, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the amount of $367,853.75. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 2026-036 awarding the Roberts Ferry Road & Village Drive Traffic Signal Improvements Project to Neumiller Electric, Inc. in the amount of $367,853.75.
