TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 A Special Meeting of the Tiffin City Council was held on July 22, 1974, 7:30 p.m. Glenn Potter, Mayor pro tem presiding. Members present: Beverly Birtcher, Bill Bream, Judy Smith, Roger Janssen. Bill Bream moved to approve the building permit for Dale Dahnke at 330 Grant Street for a garage. Judy Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Beverly Birtcher moved to adjourn. Roger Janssen seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Marcia Lippert, Clerk James E. Brotherton, Mayor
