TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The Tiffin City Council met in a special meeting on September 18, 1974 at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Members present: Judy Smith, Beverly Birtcher, Roger Janssen, Glenn Potter, Bill Bream. Also present Glenn Shoemaker, City Engineer. Beverly Birtcher introduced and caused to be read a resolution approving a contract with Arapfl-Prier for constructing sewage treatment facilities. Glenn Potter moved that the resolution be approved. Bill Bream seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Mayor Brotherton signed the approved contract. Signature attested by Clerk. Glenn Potter moved to adjourn.
