A special meeting of the Tiffin City Council was held April 24, 1975 at 6:30 p.m. in the Tiffin City Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Councilmembers present: Beverly Birtcher, Roger Janssen, Glenn Potter, Judy Smith. Absent: Bill Bream. Also present Mrs. Theresa G. Swailes.
Glenn Potter made a motion to grant a liquor permit to Theresa G. Swailes to operate the Corral upon completion of forms. Roger Janssen seconded. Motion carried.
Roger Janssen made a motion to grant Theresa G. Swailes a cigarette permit upon completion of forms and payment of fee. Beverly Birtcher seconded. Motion carried.
Judy Smith made a motion to adjourn. Beverly Birtcher seconded. Motion carried.
